From February 2023, we are looking for a new New Business intern to help us with work related to our expansion into Germany!

We will be taking our first steps in Germany in 2023, so we are also looking for fluent German-speaking people living in the Netherlands! Who are we?

VR Netherlands is a company with more than six years of experience in the VR sector. Within our company, we deal with everything to do with Virtual Reality. This includes consultancy, advisory work, game distribution, VR hardware rental, 360-degree videos, VR games, but also Serious Games such as training for Fire and Ambulance personnel.
Over the years, we have set up headsets for more than 400,000 people, gaining valuable experience. Now that the Corona crisis is coming to an end, we have a fresh start with a new team and a new headquarters in Utrecht and are excited to grow together with you!

As a New Business intern, you will join our VR on Location department. This department delivers VR experiences to individuals and companies who would like to have a unique VR experience anywhere in the Netherlands, recently in Belgium and, with your help, soon in Germany as well.

Your own input is highly appreciated. Do you have a great idea, or do you want to work on a new VR solution? This is also possible. There is also room to work on your own (relevant) assignments and you can participate in a fast-growing company.

Furthermore, you will help in the office to test new techniques within the VR world and of course, you can try out all kinds of VR experiences yourself.

At Going Abroad you will get the opportunity to be part of our team as an International Recruiter & All-round Creative! Every day is different, and you will speak to hundreds of international students every week, to help them find the perfect job, isn’t that cool? So, it is important for you not to be afraid to make a lot of phone calls.

Your creative skills will also be given free rein. You will be allowed to show initiative when it comes to our content creation, marketing strategies and coming up with new concepts. It is important that we can empathize with international students so that we can reach them through the right channels. This of course includes a bit of research & copywriting, of which you too may be a part.

Within Going Abroad you will be given a lot of freedom about how you work, as long as it goes well! Solution-oriented skills and your own initiative are therefore very useful!
