About the role:

As a Tech Support Specialist, you will become an expert in sophisticated retail pricing technology, addressing technical challenges and enhancing user experiences for English and German-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and collaborating with product and development teams to ensure seamless operations and superior customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer service effectively by resolving queries, bugs, incidents, and requests with high customer satisfaction.
  • Working to prevent churn and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborating with teams to prioritise solutions and streamline product enhancements.
  • Monitoring data flows and conducting health checks on client portals.
  • Providing actionable feedback to improve product functionalities.
  • Leading initiatives that elevate both the partner company and customer experiences to new levels.

About you

Our partner is searching for a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach to problem-solving, ready to deep dive into the technology that drives their platform.

You should also bring:

  • 0-3 years of experience in tech support, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Vocational study or a recent bachelor’s degree.
  • Based in or around Amsterdam.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • A strong customer-oriented mindset.
