What You’ll Be Doing
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our operations, ensuring that equipment reaches customers and auction locations quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s road, sea, or rail, you’ll manage every step of the transportation process and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Advise customers on the best transport solutions for their needs.
- Plan, organize, and oversee transportation schedules.
- Work closely with carriers to ensure top-quality service.
- Maintain and update freight management systems with accurate data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and logistics providers for smooth operations.
- Resolve logistical challenges and ensure deliveries stay on track.
- Use data insights to refine long-term logistics strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in European road and global sea freight logistics.
- Experience working with international shippers and carriers – industrial equipment experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, Arabic, or Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills to align all parties.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Cool under pressure – peak volumes don’t faze you.
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
