Food Production
Our partner in the food industry is looking for an Operator Food to keep the production process running smoothly. You will operate and maintain machines and contribute to innovation. We are looking for candidates with experience in a food production environment and strong technical skills.
💰 Salary: €2,800 – €3,300 per month + shift allowances:
✔ Evening & Night shifts (18:00 – 06:00): +34% (€5.72 extra per hour)
✔ Saturday (18:00 – 00:00) & Sunday (00:00 – 24:00): +100%
With shift allowances, the total estimated monthly salary will be between €3,500 – €4,000 per month on average.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production machines.
- Monitor product quality and conduct necessary checks.
- Identify and resolve minor technical issues.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Record production data and report to supervisors.
- Follow HACCP and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in food production or a similar role is required.
- Technical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts. (One week morning shifts, one week afternoon and then one week night)
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations.
- Good command of Dutch and/or English.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: €2,800 – €3,300 per month.
- Shift Allowances:

- Estimated total salary with allowances: €3,500 – €4,000 per month.
- 8% holiday allowance on top of your salary paid out once per year.
