Job Description:
As a Sorting Machine Operator, you will be crucial in managing and maintaining the sorting machines that ensure the smooth processing of our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Machine Operation::Operate and monitor sorting machines to ensure efficient and accurate sorting of items.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the sorting machines to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshooting:Quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sorting process. Two minutes of downtime can result in 1,000 fewer items sorted, so rapid problem-solving is essential.
• Quality Control: Inspect sorted items for quality and accuracy to ensure they meet our standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Reporting : Document machine performance and any issues that need attention, providing detailed reports to supervisors.

• Age Requirement: At least 18 years old.
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with computers and machinery, and committed to keeping your machine in top condition.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Able to quickly devise solutions when issues arise.
• Team Collaboration: Works well with fellow operators and maintains a cooperative team environment.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Background Check: Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

What We Offer:

• Contract: Start with a 12 year period under a staffing contract. Get paid every week.
• Salary: An hourly wage between €13,68 and €26.54
• Shift allowance: Additional pay for evening, night, and Sunday work. Evening shifts can earn up to €15.92 per hour, night shifts up to €18.58 per hour, and Sunday shifts up to €26.54 per hour.
