Our partner is a leading company in the packaging industry, known for their focus on innovation and quality. They take pride in their technical expertise and continuous development of processes and technologies. To strengthen their team, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Operator / Maintenance Technician.
Job Description:As a Technical Operator / Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the machinery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production and supporting operators. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and resolve issues with the machinery.
- Innovation and Engineering: Contribute to new developments and innovation through engineering and testing.
- Installation and Instruction: Install new machines, provide instructions, and participate in trade shows as needed.
- Production Support: Start up production with operators, assist with problems, keep injection molding machines running, and change molds. Also, assist in production where needed.
- Production Planning: Contribute to production planning and ensure its execution.
- Logistical Tasks: Perform logistical duties, such as order processing and moving semi-finished products to/from the warehouse.
- Peak Periods: Assist during peak periods or after breakdowns to catch up on production delays.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Background: Strong technical background and experience, especially mechanical and electrical.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot issues.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English or Dutch.
- Independence: Highly self-reliant and proactive.
- Leadership Ambition: Ambition for leadership and supervision.
- Work Ethic: Positive attitude and perseverance.

- Salary: A gross monthly salary between €3000 and €4000, depending on experience and knowledge.
