Our partner in the food industry is looking for an Operator Food to keep the production process running smoothly. You will operate and maintain machines and contribute to innovation. We are looking for candidates with experience in a food production environment and strong technical skills.
💰 Salary: €2,800 – €3,300 per month + shift allowances:
✔ Evening & Night shifts (18:00 – 06:00): +34% (€5.72 extra per hour)
✔ Saturday (18:00 – 00:00) & Sunday (00:00 – 24:00): +100%
With shift allowances, the total estimated monthly salary will be between €3,500 – €4,000 per month on average.

What you'll be doing
Depending on your knowledge and experience, the goal is for you to be able to run and set up your own production line independently. That would make you an Operator 1 with us!
Before you can manage your own line, you will go through a training program where you will get to know your colleagues, the raw materials, and the machines. To keep developing yourself, we will challenge you to learn about other production lines as well.
If you can operate and start up an additional line, you will advance to Operator 2.
The final step you can take as an operator is Operator 3.
- Operate and set up a production line for high-quality baked goods.
- Learn various baking techniques, from dough preparation to decoration.
- Troubleshoot minor production issues.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Grow within the company, with opportunities for advancement.
